Psychologist and author Dr. Alice Licata will talk about her book It&rsquo\;s Not Rocket Science\: Down-to-Earth Advice on Raising Stellar Kids on Monday\, September 27 at 6\:30 p.m. in the Library meeting room. Dr. Licata earned her master&rsquo\;s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from Kent State University. The Kettering resident has two teenaged daughters. Unlike many parenting books that focus on the child&rsquo\;s behavior\, the focus of Dr. Licata&rsquo\;s book is on behaviors that parents can learn to raise their children to be well-adjusted productive people.
