Achieve Weight Loss the Lasts
Join Juanita Weaver-Reiss, Dietitian and Coach, to learn ways to achieve weight loss and a healthy you that go beyond the rhetoric of diets and counting calories. The program will include both interaction and instruction/coaching. Topics will include
• assessing whether you are ready to make the needed changes
• ways to change your environment and thinking to achieve permanent weight loss
• characteristics of long term weight loss sustainers and what these mean for weight loss success
• foods that may assist or hinder weight loss.
At the end of the session, be prepared to outline one change that you can implement to assist you in your journey to be healthier overall – not just for the summer, but for a lifetime.
