The Blue Envelope is a specially designed folder for drivers with disabilities, including autism, to hold essential documents:

  • Insurance & Emergency Info
  • Medical Notes
  • Program Overview

This program is part of Ohio's Statewide Initiative, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities during traffic stops. Together, through awareness, preparation, and empathy, we can make our roads safer and more inclusive for everyone.
