Crafting activities offer stress relief and creative expression - and patrons enjoy making useful items with their hands.

Whether you are trying a craft for the first time or just need the tools to create something wonderful, Wright Library has you covered.

For Tweens, Teens, and Adults:

• Pottery Wheel - for beginners and professionals.
• Sewing Machine - learn basic sewing techniques plus quilting, buttonholes, decorative stitches, and more.
• Knitting & Crochet - guidance, patterns, and supplies for beginners.
• Spinning - make great yarn and learn to spin on an Ashford wheel.
• Quilting - sourcebook for patterns and ideas with stich diagrams and step-by-step instructions.
• Needle Felting - tools, materials, and instructions for beginners.
• Cricut - DIY a variety of 2-D projects with vinyl, foil, or paper.

Wright Library's Library of Things offers a variety of activities, equipment, tools, and kits to try something new, learn or develop a skill, accomplish practical tasks, make someone a gift, or discover a new hobby.

You must have a Wright Library card for 60 days and in good standing to borrow from the Library of Things, and complete a one-time Library of Things waiver.
