Wright Library has long offered free digital access to The New York Times News. But now, Wright Library is offering even more content through New York Times All Access

Starting May 2026, activating a 24-hour pass through the library gets you full digital access to New York Times news plus Cooking, Games, Audio, Wirecutter, and The Athletic—all free. Redeem a code to gain full access to: 

  • News - Discover high quality reporting, analysis, and culture coverage.
  • Games - Unwind with Wordle, Spelling Bee, The Crossword and more, including archives.
  • Cooking - Explore delicious new recipes and easy dinner ideas.
  • Audio - Enjoy full access to shows on New York times apps, Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
  • Wirecutter - Product recommendations based on journalists independent research combined with real-world testing so you can make quick and confident buying decisions.  .
  • The Athletic - Follow in-depth, personalized coverage of your favorite sports

Activate New York Times All-Access

To get All-Access from anywhere:

  1. Select the link above.
    1. Enter your Wright Library card number if prompted. 
    2. If successful, you'll be taken to a New York Times webpage pre-populated with a unique code. Select "Redeem."
  2. Create a free New York Times account or sign into your existing account.
  3. Enjoy full access to NYT digital content from a web browser or NYT mobile apps while signed into your account. After 24 hours, repeat the process to renew access for another 24 hours.*

*After re-activating a pass once one has expired, you may need to log out and log back into your account for All-Access content to become available, especially in the mobile app.
