Get interactive with Native American tools and games at this program from Sunwatch Village.  Educators are bringing original and replica artifacts for families to view and handle.  Weather permitting, we’ll play the Chunky Stone Game outside, too!    

Mapping Equity in Dayton, a traveling exhibit developed by a team at Sinclair, is on display in Wright Library’s Community Room. Related events will be held throughout the month of September.

According to the CDC, suicide is the second leading cause of death among individuals between the ages of 10-14 and 25-34. Local organization The GEM Project (Goal Everyone Matters) provides high school students an opportunity to artistically express their support for those experiencing depressive thoughts or thoughts of self-harm.

Selected works created by regional teens for The 2022 GEM Project Art Contest will be on display throughout Wright Library for the month of August.
