Get interactive with Native American tools and games at this program from Sunwatch Village.  Educators are bringing original and replica artifacts for families to view and handle.  Weather permitting, we’ll play the Chunky Stone Game outside, too!

International Observe the Moon Night

Join the library and the Miami Valley Astronomical Society at Old River for International Observe the Moon Night—an annual NASA-sponsored event. The moon will be in the Waxing Gibbous phase, and depending upon conditions and timing, Jupiter and Saturn may be visible through MVAS’s telescopes, too. Astronomy-themed books will be available for checkout at the program. All ages are welcome.
