Meeting Rooms

The Library has a Community Room and a Conference Room on the lower level, as well as the new Aberdeen Conference Room on the first floor, which can be reserved by groups and organizations for gatherings of a civic, cultural, or educational nature, when not in use for library-related events.  Visit the Circulation Desk  or call (937) 294-7171 to schedule any of the rooms.  Advance reservations can only be made for groups of 3 or more; however, one and two individuals can use the rooms on a walk-in basis, dependent upon availability.  A signed Meeting Room Reservation Agreement is required to reserve the Community Room in advance and can also be used to reserve the conference rooms.  You may print and fill out the form to return to the library in person or by email.  Please read and be familiar with the Library's Meeting Room Policy before your event.
