The Nugent School of Irish Dance, directed by Kathleen Nugent, TCRG, offers classes in traditional Irish step dancing from beginners to adults. Located at 6129 Far Hills Avenue, the school's mission is to provide the very finest Irish dance training to any child or adult who wishes to experience the joy of dance, to provide opportunities to perform and compete in Irish dance, to strengthen the body, and to teach an art that demands passion and discipline and thereby assisting students in areas outside of dance. Kathleen Nugent has taught numerous dancers who have competed with success at the regional, national and international level throughout her 30 plus years teaching Irish dance in the Dayton area. Offering small class sizes, Nugent School prides itself on providing individual attention within a family atmosphere.
