Attorney Kim Estess from O’Diam & Estess Law Group will discuss various issues related to effective estate planning, including establishing a will or trust, nominating guardians for minor children, avoiding probate, estate taxes, and the importance of powers of attorney and health care directives.  This program will cover the most important topics related to estate planning and is applicable to anyone over 18 years old, regardless of their net worth or family situation.


Kim Estess

Attorney Kim Estess, of O’Diam & Estess Law Group, Inc., focuses her practice on estate planning, guardianships and special needs planning, estate administration and elder law. Kim is dually certified as a specialist in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation and the Ohio State Bar Association, and she is also certified as a specialist in the area of Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law through the Ohio State Bar Association.

Kim serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of United Rehabilitation Services and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Disability Foundation. Kim is a proud member of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2022, and is honored to have been recognized a recipient of the Dayton Business Journal Forty Under 40 Award this year.
