Ohio Literary Trail   REGISTER

Join us for a tour of the Ohio Literary Trail from the comfort of your home and discover Ohio’s rich literary heritage through more than 70 sites. The Trail shines a spotlight on Ohio’s literary treasures and the state’s role in shaping culture and literature worldwide. Participants will discover historic homes, museums, library collections, and historical markers honoring great authors, poets, and influencers of the literary landscape. This presentation will focus on Southwest Ohio and include highlights from other regions around the state. Whether you are an armchair traveler or a road warrior you will discover gems for explorers of all ages.

 

Presenters:

David Weaver is Executive Directors of the Ohioana Library Association. Before joining Ohioana’s staff in 2005, he held senior development positions with the WOSU Stations and the Columbus Symphony Orchestra and was executive director of Malabar Farm Foundation and managing director of Columbus Light Opera, which he co-founded. 

David Siders of Cincinnati serves on the Board of Trustees for Ohioana Library Association and is Civic Engagement Coordinator for the Cincinnati & Hamilton County.  David is former department and branch manager for Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library.
