How it works
Starting June 1, join the challenge(s) available to your age group and start tracking your reading minutes using Beanstack. (What is Beanstack?) You can also use paper reading log. Visit the library weekly to spin the prize wheel, and record your reading to earn virtual badges, enter prize raffles, and win books.
Remember to visit the Library by Thursday, July 31 to enter the prize raffle(s) of your choice and by Sunday, August 10 to pick up your prize book(s).
Weekly Library Visits
Once you register, you can visit the library in person for weekly spins on the prize wheel between June 1 and July 31. One spin per person per week.
Summer Challenge Goal
Read for 20 hours between June 1 and July 31.
- Log your reading all summer. Read print books or ebooks, or listen to audiobooks -- any reading (or listening) counts!

- Read 10 more hours (20 hours total) to choose a prize book.
Bonus Challenge
After 20 hours, keep reading!
- Read 10 more hours -- a total of 30 hours -- for a second entry in a prize raffle of your choice.
- Keep reading! Read 10 more hours -- a total of 40 hours -- to choose another prize book.
Side Quests
Enter the side quest challenge for your age group for a chance to win an additional prize raffle entry and prize book.
Ultraviolet: Above & Beyond Challenge (July)
